Who is Richard Shaffer?

A Macomb Community College alum, having used my GI Bill award after leaving the Army to attend college with a full course load while working full time to support my family. I’m also a recent graduate of the College’s Public Chaplains Course in 2025. Having run a few companies in the telecommunications industry in recent years, and my affiliation with the building trades, I can offer a fresh perspective to the board with a hope to enhance the world class skilled labor training you can find at Macomb County College!
